| 564513 | 2007-06-29 23:49:00 | Have been using Pegasus for years but got a problem since I went over to Vista. I have the latest version of the mail program - 4.41 - which is Vista compatible. I prefer to run with the Preview Disabled but every time I exit Pegasus, it defaults to the Preview Enabled state next time I open up. Same result on two different computers, each running Vista. Have checked Press F1, Pegasus Help, FAQ, Google, etc but cannot discover any reference to where I am going wrong or what the workaround is. Thanks in advance for any help from experienced Pegasus users. |

| 564514 | 2007-06-30 06:44:00 | Hi, I do not know an awful lot about Pegasus but I know there have been some issues with vista and permission errors etc. Can you try running the program in compaitability mode (set for XP) and see if that resolves your issue. To do this right click on the shortcut, select the compat tab, and set to Windows XP. Open, change your view preference, use file exit, reopen and see if that helps. |
