Hi there, I have a multi-function fax/printer/scanner and have faxability via telstraclear. Fax machine has several recieve settings, have tried network switch and fax/phone sw to no avail. on network switch (supposed faxability setting) fax does not pick up when fax no. phoned . when using the fax/phone sw setting the fax picks up fax no. but also picks up when you ring the telephone no! I also have telstra clear message box, and have made sure that fax ring no shorter than message box. Just wondered if anyone else has this machine along with faxability and can point me in the right direction.

Have followed instructions to set to NZ but nothing happens when I hold down the stop reset button |

Hey Speedy, managed to get into change to New Zealand (wasn't in fax mode to start with doh!) thanks a heap for the advice - wow ,working fax machine!!! Will put BC Systems down as my fix it shop from now on (am in Dunedin) |
