| 564589 | 2007-06-30 06:56:00 | Hey everyone, something has gone completely wrong with my PC , well i think it has . It was working fine until i updated something called "Steam", if your not aware of what Steam is, its a Engine which you can play games through etc. After the update finished, i tried to logg into steam, but it said i had no connection and could only use in offline mode. My internet is working fine, i can download stuff and browse the internet etc, but i cant connect to things . For example, since this happened i havent been able to update my AVG, it just says i have no connection, and i cant activate things online, like Adobe products, it just says i have no connection. I have tried resting the modem and stuff and the router, and i have tried my PC on a completely different connection and still the same problem. Im really stumped and have no idea whats going on . Any help would be MUCH MUCH appreciated, as i dont want to take the risk of reformating and it still not working. Thanks |
