| 564561 | 2007-06-30 03:36:00 | Hi team, I have just installed a webcam (Microsoft Lifecam), and now have an error when I try to open iTunes -may not be connected, but who knows: the error says: "Runtime error. programe:C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. please contact the application support team for more information" and then it shuts iTunes down. | 564562 | 2007-06-30 04:02:00 | So if u unplug the cam, Itunes loads properly?? If it doesnt then the cam isnt the prob. I had a similar prob, Itunes would load BUT until I ticked enable disk use it'd crash when I tried to sync. (Thats if u have Outlook installed). And the Outlook option is ticked in Itunes. You werent trying to sync when it crashed, were you? |
