| 565238 | 2007-07-03 02:11:00 | My new computer's software included "Outlook" For unknown reason "Outlook" was surplanted by "Outlook Express",and a blank page, Subsequently Xtra reconnected me with "Outlook Express" consequently I have lost all my previous E-mails. How can I re establish the links and recover them? F.W.J.M. |

To do this, open up Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Program tab. Select Outlook from the drop down menu under Email and then click OK. Check to make sure you can still send and receive emails with Outlook by sending yourself a test email. |

| 565240 | 2007-07-03 02:21:00 | What? Xtra cant reconnect you with any email client program . You have a choice of which program u can use . So where are these emails? In Outlook or OE?? If both are installed, make one of them the default program for emails . And open it / configure it . |
