| 565363 | 2007-07-05 06:11:00 | Their status page never displays anything YOu have got to wonder why they don't update it, becuase it would save them a lot fo work in terms of the number of phone calls they get from people wondering what is going on. Maybe they don't know how to update their website, as their website is looking very tired and old. |

Go to xtramail and have a look in your mailbox - it probably has about 50 megs of crap in the junkmail folder including stuff like your Flybuys mail that you might actually want. I don't know if this actually slows it all down but I'd bet it doesn't help any! | andy (473) | ||

| 565367 | 2007-07-06 22:17:00 | Xtra's email problems seemed solved yesterday (Friday) , managed to get email of all sizes downloading OK. Someones broken it again overnight! This morning its as bad as before. 2x emails totalling 937kb...more than 3 minutes later and outlook got up to 778kb and timed out. |

| 565368 | 2007-07-09 00:31:00 | OK if you have AVG email scanning operating, disable the email scanner and try downloading again, if this fixes the problem then uninstall AVG and re-install then retest. it appears that AVG email scanning gets corrupt occaisionally and causes this problem |
