Or uninstall it, go into the registry (start/run/regedit), go here: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Simply Super Software <--- delete this entry ONLY. Then go here. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Simply Super Software <--- delete this key ONLY. Then delete its folders C:\Program Files\Trojan Remover C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Simply Super Software C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Application Data\Simply Super Software. Then reboot, then get it again (and update it), and see if it works Stll getting Malware alerts,very good of them to offer to removed what the have put on my computer. Thats the point of Rogue Software, it annoys you and offers to fix the prob but doesnt. Its useless software. Get Rogueremover in my sig, update that and scan. See if that fixes anything. |

Done as instructed,all well apart from couldnt remove Trojan remover from Program files,it said access denied ,can't delete trshiex . dll . I didn't invite the malware software,it just arrived . |

So is trojan remover usable now?? Or didnt u download it and install it again? Where are u?? West Auckland?? Where's Swannanoa? Is that a place? You could if if u could bring it here, I'll check it out. I did unistall T/R b4 deleting folder! Have tried to dowload again,but it has detected folder and so no go. It was a jurney into somewhat dodgy sites. I will avoid in future. Fingers crossed,all seems ok at mo. Your blood remains a bottling quality. Thanks old boy,much appreciated. |
