| 566870 | 2007-07-07 21:59:00 | I am trying to connect my PC (Dell Dimension 9150) by S-Video cable to my LCD TV but am having problems getting the image on the PC monitor to clone to the TV. I do get an image on the TV of the PC desktop monitor image but the TV's image is an extension of the PC monitor i.e. the PC thinks it has two monitors so is spreading the image across the TV and PC monitor but is not cloning the image (does this make sense what I just said?). I go into the display properties/settings/advanced and change the details for the monitors/TV but contrary to my manuals, what I read on the internet, etc, I cannot see any choice of changing the display to clone. The scheme in the advanced/displays is greyed out preventing me of deciding what I want to do with the monitors. I am running Windows XP media, the 2 cards are Radeon x 600 256Mb Hyper Memory and the cable is S-video from TV out on PC to S-video TV in on TV. Do I need to do something to my S video cable or get a new card or something else? Thanks for this Nick |

Then connecting the RCA to video in on the TV. I tried s-video to s-video before this, it didnt work either. Does the LCD have RCA Video in? |
