| 566813 | 2007-07-07 12:39:00 | Hi, today I bought NOD32 and have installed, and am now trying to update it to the latest version, but the speed of the download is extremley slow (usually under 1KB/Sec ) and says it will take around 3+ hours to finish. Im on the full speed xnet plan and am getting good speeds on other sites, just this update which is really slow. I think it could be due to the "proxy" bit of the set up. I choose the option that said something along the lines of " I don't know about proxy servers, so use the settings Internet Explorer is using". So if anyone knows anything about it, could you please post a solution? Cheers! :) PS Sorry that this is my 3rd problem post in the last few days. I would help someone if i ever saw a question I could answer, but thats not really anything as I am no computer expert :( sorry. And thanks again for the answers for the other posts  oh and I've seen that this guy has had a similar ( or the same problem ) so ill keep reading those posts to see if i can get an answer there www.wilderssecurity.com |
