566425 2007-07-06 10:12:00 File downloaded from rapidshare says its a VLC media file (asf) VLC is a media player and the file also plays on windows media player. When I go to take it to dvd Intervideo says its corrupted, Nero goes thru all the stages until it comes to burn it then it wont. Thought if I could convert it it might work. Clod (7853)
566426 2007-07-06 10:19:00 this (www.alloksoft.com) will convert it to any format. Only thing is, I think it'll only do 1/2 of it.

And put a watermark on it. Until u pay for it.

Nerovision should convert it thats if u burn it to DVD.

But if Nero doesnt burn it either, it maybe corrupted.

566427 2007-07-06 10:24:00 Thanks Speedy. Yes I found that site but I'm to chicken to pay overseas sites with the credit card might try the demo tho and see if it works. Clod (7853)
566428 2007-07-06 10:37:00 It does a good job. I use it, to convert to MP4 for the Ipod here.

It converts to nearly every format u can think of.

566429 2007-07-06 11:11:00 You could also try SUPER encoder that can convert almost anything to anything.

If you don't want to use a CC, what about a Prezzy Card? ;) work out the converted price and get that plus a little extra loaded on ($5 or so) and that way they can only take what ever is on the card  (assuming they accept Visa)
