Buy a new H/D and a copy of XP and install them. Thirdly. Next time ypu buy a computer, don't buy from anyone who doesn't give you a full win disk. |

I have had to follow them up EVERY time so far, I never get them to ring me now,I ring them. They are pitiful and tend to bring out the worst in a person. :mad: If they get back to you in under a month it's a miracle!!! And i'd love to hear about it. :) P.S. Norah Rahim is a good person to speak to at dell support if you can get through to her. |
