| 567346 | 2007-07-09 08:14:00 | I'm trialling Office 2007, and in particular Outlook, which I have to say I'm finding excellent. However I have a problem with signatures. As well as our business signature I also have several messages set up as signatures. I find this a convenient way of replying to queries from potential clients. BUT I can't seem to be able to insert any more than one signature into an email. The second signature deletes the first. I've looked extensively into the menus etc, but am stumped. Can anyone suggest a way of having multiple signatures, other than using notebook then cut and subsequent paste ?? Pedro |

This is in addition to signatures so you have both in the same message, ie choose your template message then choose the signature . I am sure this would suit your requirements and it works very well . |
