BUT you can try this -- Download from this link www.shadowexplorer.com (www.shadowexplorer.com) Get the latest. You can use either the install or the stand alone version ( zip file) If you use the stand alone click on the exe file, if it wont run you may have to right clcik /run as administrator. From the dated dropdown window ( see picture below) - select a date - if you have several you may need to try a few till you find what you want. As long as its not to long ago the windows.old folder will show in the file structure on the right -- Right click it Export to someplace. If its not there then apart from running data recovery software it may be gone. 6994 6995 Shadow explorier is basically looking at windows restore points. |
