I have been fighting them for about five weeks now, after they ran the cable up to the neighbours house instead of mine! They will not admit they made a mistake and are now saying that there is no room in the existing duct pipe to install to the four properties up our driveway.... Huh! I requested the fibre to my home, my neighbour did not. Chorus will not talk to me about how they're gonna fix it, they keep telling me to get in touch with my ISP! Useless bunch, I'd really like to tell them where they can put their cable and duct pipe!!! LL |

I had a similar problem with Chorus, who kept insisting they were only wholesalers, and would not deal with consumers. I finally got action by posting a very specific message on the Facebook pages of both Chorus and Orcon. Comments on their integrity are what they most fear. Rip into them lakewoodlady. |
