1411246 2015-11-11 22:03:00 Anyone know how to email Spark (with an attachment)?! Just that at the weekend a Spark person arrived at our door trying to sell us their package. Have CCTV of the person and just want to know if it was a genuine Spark rep! stuffed (1469)

1411248 2015-11-11 22:38:00 Never known spark to send out reps. We use to have plenty from Vodafone. We have, at one stage they would be door knocking every few weeks. Just had them here about 3 weeks ago wanting us to join to the Fibre, Guy wouldn't even listen to what I was saying -- Funny how he backed off when our lovable dog stuck her head out the door and started snarling :D wainuitech (129)

Thats a bit like saying how do I send an email to Auckland...... :)
Spark is a huuuuuge organisation, you'd need to know the correct department to sent it to. Even then, chances are you wont get through to anyone who
could give a definite answer, just who in a company that size really knows every detail of everything going on .
Even if they werent legit, what then. Nothing you could do & no one with any authority would really care .

I have plenty of these type of sales reps turn up,from various ISP's , insurance, power company's, pizza company's, wine retail company's etc
Last guy seemed quite pissed of when I brushed him off with several "not interested" .He just didnt want to accept that for a response.

1411250 2015-11-12 00:02:00 I find better responses come through Twitter these days rather than email. ;) pcuser42 (130)
1411251 2015-11-12 00:38:00 Twitter? isn't that something birds do? Never been there myself.

Anyway, they don't really do much by E-mail externally. Look here and see if any of the options suit www.spark.co.nz

Had to do similar with a Bank - basically got a bit of a run around for over a week with a faulty product ( the person I was dealing with didn't have the power to fix fully) , posted some negative comments on their FB page, and next thing I know a Manager contacted me and sorted out the problem - More than happy Now.

1411254 2015-11-12 10:33:00 Never known spark to send out reps. We use to have plenty from Vodafone.I've had a rep from Spark once. He was a nice person, not pushy, and bowed out decently when explained how his deal was less better than what I was using at the time. Greg (193)
