How do I set up Birthday Reminder for a contact?

Did it long, long time ago, can't remember now.

Can someone help me to refresh my memory?

Cheers

Personally I use a tiny program that Sets Reminders Called Kana Reminder - Sits in the Icon Try, and when a reminders time is due a message pops up on the screen and doesn't go untill you close or other various options. kanasolution.com

Reminded me today that its Our wedding anniversary Thursday (set it this time last year) :)

If you wish to try - Make sure you read / adjust the from the Options tab, mines ticked as such:

1481234 2021-10-11 06:22:00 You will find the option in the contacts list, my laptop using Office 2010 has a different icon to my Office 2019 in my PC
Dont know which icon 2013 uses.
However hover over the icons at the bottom left of the Outlook display and click on Contacts.
Select and then double click on the Person you want to add the birthday to.
A new window will open with "General" highlighted.
Click on "Details" and you should see where you can add the Birthday.
Dont forget to save when you have added the birthday.
Click back on the "Mail" icon

Wainui, when I go to that web site I get -

Website blocked due to trojan
Website blocked: kanasolution.com

Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this website because it may contain malware activity.
We strongly recommend you do not continue.

So in your opinion is it safe to proceed??

1481237 2021-10-11 21:01:00 Hi Wainui

No Eset has detected nothing. However I have decided to use the other reminder programme you show in your thread above. It seems to be much easier

Thanks mate.

Reason I use that program is you don't have to open Outlook to get reminders. Sometimes May not open the email all day. and leaving it open when not used is asking for truck loads of unwanted (Spam) mail.

Yes its very easy to use. Double click to open - Click Add - Fill in reminder details - Select a Date - Click OK Done :) Only thing you need to check is the pop up is set in the options ( as per previous post)

This bit is really handy -- like Thursday - Would have forgotten ( again) :D other Wise.
