Some phones are set to disable the wifi when sleeping, and don't always turn back on when they are meant to, they can switch to Airplane Mode, = no wifi. In bold -- it really pays to list what's been tried other wise if you really did try everything then you'll get no answers ;) Did find the following article, possible something to try at least, change the Phones IP to Static.
