| 569394 | 2007-07-17 02:24:00 | Just a very wild stab here but have you tried changing your DNS numbers? Some have been known to stop working for me in the past. | FoxyMX (5) | ||
| 569395 | 2007-07-17 04:43:00 | Phone and Internet issues 2007-07-11 10:30:37 Whats the problem? Some ihug broadband customers in Coromandel, Northland and various parts of Auckland may be having trouble connecting to the internet or using their phones at the moment due to severe weather conditions, which have caused flooding on the network exchange. This issue does not affect ihug customers only any one with phone or broadband services, regardless of their provider, may be affected. When did the problem start? During Wednesday, July 2007. What are we doing to fix it? Our engineers know about this problem and are working to fix it as quickly as possible so you can use your phone again and get back online. Unfortunately this means we are unable to process any non-urgent faults at this time, however well let you know as soon as were able to. Were sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you. Thanks for your patience! . |

| 569396 | 2007-07-17 20:51:00 | Wellington area doesn't have bad weather:D Well, I don't know how embarrassed to feel but lying in bed last night I thought I should disconnect all four phones and see if that did anything . So, get up this morning and re-test . No-go . Disconnect all phones and, bingo, works like a treat . Re-connected one at a time and at the 4th, signal degraded . So, I thought the last one must have been the culprit . So, disconnect all but the 'culprit' . Works great! Connect the others one at a time and test after each . All OK, even after the 4th was added! That sort of leaves me in the dark . All phones, individually are OK but all connected may or may not work . This phone/computer setup has been working fine for years . I wonder why the four phone loading has suddenly become problematic??? I will have to do some more testing to see if I can find a better pattern . Thanks for responses . If there are any more ideas on this phone conundrum I will welcome them . |
