But apart from keeping dust out of the componentry, my question is, "Why go to the trouble???" Maintenance would be a b*tch, and I don't imagine the fans would enjoy the extra work involved in pushing the oil around...

actually, if it wasn't for the hassle of potential leaks and a huge mess every time i try to fiddle with things i'd seal up my acrylic case do that myself lol.
