570152 2007-07-19 01:53:00 I just had Office 2007 installed on my machine at work, but I'm having trouble with the watermark function. I can insert the watermark in the document without difficulty, and it looks fine in print preview, but when I print it out, it only prints selected letters of the watermark. For example, I'm using the "Draft" watermark, but on the first page it print out "D A T", and then on the next page it prints out "R F". Does anyone know what causes this, and how to fix it?

Do you have another printer you can try?

Some printers have a watermark function built into the driver.
Maybe you could use that instead of Word?

570154 2007-07-19 02:52:00 Tried it on a different printer, and it printed okay. Not sure why, though. Gets me out of a jam in the meantime

570155 2007-07-19 02:57:00 If it is a laser printer it may not have enough RAM to process the watermark on one page so the printer is splitting it onto two. CYaBro (73)
