| 569817 | 2007-07-17 23:40:00 | No, because some programs you have installed may not work with just V3 installed. And if you uninstall 1.1 and 2. And a program needs them, you'll have to uninstall V3 (well u can try, sometimes its not that easy), then reinstall 1.1., 2 then 3 again. I think V3 is cumulative or has some parts of V2 in it, however i dont think V2 has any files (part of 1.1 in it). I tried that trick once, I uninstalled 1.1 and just had 2. Then found out something wouldnt work with 2, (it wouldnt let me uninstall V2, so I could reinstall 1.1), it needed 1.1. In the end I had to reformat to fix it. |
