Ah ha, that could be another reason why you're having probs.

Use + or -, not RW dvd blanks.

Yup you said that but + and - arent the same as a RW / (rewritable dvd) .

With + and - you can only write to them once . RW you can reformat .

And use again .

I know that flashdrives are more convenient for a lot of things that rewritables were used for but maybe Speedy could explain his dislike.

Its common sense to use + or - cd's or dvds for most things.

Since, depending on what you're planning to play it on, rewritables dont always work / wont play at all on some standalone dvd/cd players.
