| 571393 | 2007-07-22 06:56:00 | Fresh install of windows XP Pro, updated to SP2 and windows updates don't work. neither automatic updates or updates via windows update site will work, they download fine but don't install. standalone installers for the updates do work, however. I have tried renaming "C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution" folder, but that didn't help. Any fix for this or should I just reinstall? :lol: |
