| 571326 | 2007-07-22 05:03:00 | Hi, When I try to print, I get the following message:- 'Paper is jammed at the Paper ejection slot. Remove the jammed paper, and press the RESUME button. Printing resumes from the next paper.' I cannot see any paper in the machine and can find no reference to the problem in the 'help' section. Also, which is the 'resume' button? Any help would be appreciated. thanks black |

If the layout is the same as the 4200 and 6000 models it will be the middle button. I suggest you refer to the manual, which is in software form and probably has an icon on your desktop if you followed the standard installation. | andy (473) | ||

It usually manages to find its way to a place where it can block a paper sensor. ;) It might also be a faulty sensor. If it's consistent, and the printer is under guarantee, get it fixed. |
