570865 2007-07-21 04:30:00 You can only get "pop3" access to mail from a "old" free hotmail account now - if it is more than about 18 months to 2 years old (from memory)
Now you can only access paid hotmail accounts using outlook express etc

If you purchase a subscription service such as MSN Hotmail Plus or MSN Premium, you get access to your account from Outlook or Outlook Express

570867 2007-07-21 04:50:00 The way to set outlook express up for the accounts, if you can retreive mail by pop3 is...

Outllook Express --> click "Tools" (menu bar) --> select & click "Accounts"

"Internet Accounts" panel will appear.

click "Add" --> select and click "Mail"

Follow the steps and insert your email etc

repeat the process for the other email accounts

570869 2007-07-23 00:15:00 How OLD are your hotmail accounts?

When did you sign up for them?

If theyre recent, you cant access it without paying for it .

You dont have to get anything extra, (if the hotmail accounts are old) . You add the account/s to Outlook Express .

You follow what Bevy said . BUT if you've entered the right details for whatever hotmail account, and it brings up and error, then you cant use OE for hotmail .

570870 2007-07-23 01:38:00 OK - if the hotmail accounts are not older ones and can't be accessed by OE without a subscription, then you could use something like HotPop (www.hotpop.com) instead
Hope thats of some help
