Michael, first check that all cables are plugged in firmly, including the mains power cable. You could try unplugging that one and pushing it in again.

Check the purchase date. If it's still in guarantee, the Warehouse should handle it from there.

Mostly true. They all (brand PCs) suck.
Actually how much they suck is related to what hardware is in them, same as any PC, its the ones with the cheap brand components I find cause all the problems. The label does nothing at all.

Brand name PC's are crap right across the board, By the time you get into the higher price bracket where you have a better chance of quality hardware they are no longer cost effictive, and still generally have crap hardware and retarded software configurations.

But...you know that already.
