570574 2007-07-20 22:32:00 An easier way to set up the network is to use XP's Network Setup Wizard - you'll find it in Control Panel under Network Connections (after plugging the cable in).

It maybe easier if it actually worked.

Only thing its good for, is screwing the network up.

Well, just do what I've already said. Connect one end of the ethernet cable to the switch and the other to the other PC. The switch does the rest.

Then follow what I said in the 4th and the 7th post.
