2007-07-24 04:46:00 | A lot are similar, however if you need speed, go for Corsair. Legend, Rundisk, Sandisk, A-Data and Apacer are all good brands. I have owned Corsair, Sandisk, A-Data and Rundisk. The Corsair was by far the quickest, but they were all good :2cents: If you need speed transferring data get one of these (www.corsairmemory.com) :D

2007-07-24 06:09:00 | errr.....are you talking about flash memory sticks or RAM ? | tweak'e (69) | |
2007-07-24 06:13:00 | ok when I first saw this post I wondered if there was some confusion and you've just confirmed that.......most of the susgestions you have received if not all refer to FLASH memory........in other words ........USB memory stick drives......external memory sticks....NOT internal memory or RAM.......they're two completely different animals...... for your INTERNAL ram stick you'd be smart to get corsair, (expensive) or somethin like 'kvr' (kingston value ram) my personal preference for reasonable priced good ram is twinmos.....

2007-07-24 06:54:00 | Sorry for any confusion, i didn't know anything about the other type of memory. My question was for internal memory [Ram] and thanks very much for the advise, now i have a idea what i am doing, thanks again. Rony;)

2007-10-12 01:26:00 | Don't look at the comments on C/net - they are slightly out of date !!! larger capacities are prohibitively expensive (2GB drives run about $700). Still, prices will continue to come down, and we expect drive capacity to hit 4GB by the end of 2004. reviews.cnet.com  :D Still glad to see wratterus recommends Apacer - amongst others. Am going over the bridge on Sunday and will get one from QMB  Misty
