| 571841 | 2007-07-23 18:34:00 | Several of us round about had the problem but it came right after there was a shutdown from late Sunday till about 6am Monday.Ihug said it was a locat Telecom planned upgrade. All ok this morning but there was nother shutdown earlier. |

| 571843 | 2007-07-24 05:45:00 | Can u confirm you are in Nelson? which ihug plan are you on and what results are you getting from speedtest.net I would get 5600 on the Napier link 6500kbps to Adelaide 3000kbps to L.A and 4000kbps to Melbourne as download test speed. Now I get the following Napier 350 kbps Adelaide 266 kbps L.A 116kbps Melbourne 413 kbps |

I'm in Christchurch and I've had dial up speed (on a 6600kbps line rate) since the 15th and Ihug has done nothing to correct the problem. Called everyday and "the problem has been lodged with our fault team, there's really nothing else we can do." So i cant move big files around. On top of that my 4gb pendrive stuffed and I'm waiting for a replacement. Ohh well, it's all a test of patience... |

| 571849 | 2007-07-24 10:25:00 | No, not at all as I said above ONLY happened since Thursday. Until then speed were very good. I would call getting 6.5mbit to Adelaide and 6.5mbit to Portland Oregon pretty nice on speedtest.net site..and 4 mbit to Aus etc | apsattv (7406) | ||
