571627 2007-07-24 07:47:00 for the exact same GPU, if both are 7300GT then 450Mhz will be better, dualhead(wasn't that from matrox?) If by that you mean dual DVI connectors, yes, that will be good for dual-link for high resoultion widescreen, but then some cards have dual-link integrated into 1 DVI connector anyway.

Memory bus width: higher always = better, almost always the same with amount of memory too.

sorry, was there meant to be a link here?

My problem is that the 450MHz card has the 128 Memory bus; the 400MHz card has the 256 Memory bus.

571630 2007-07-24 22:32:00 get the 256 memory bus card! SolMiester (139)
571631 2007-07-25 00:14:00 Funny though, Asus's website (www.asus.com) says the card is 128-Bit while Ascent says it's 256-Bit

According to nVidia (www.nvidia.com), all 7300 except GT are 64-Bit, which is 128-Bit. There are no 256-Bit 7300's.

In light of that I'd get the Gigabyte as it's faster (but I don't beleive either of them have Dual DVI)

Thanks for the hands-up on the incorrect details on the website listing.
Makes more sense now as the 128/256 Mem Bus 450/400MHz really had me confused!

Have agreat week
