| 572679 | 2007-07-25 17:41:00 | I have been having trouble with T . B . for a while . It won't connect with the server . I get the message that "Authentication failed" even though the password is correct; I know this because I can access my POP account from yahoo mail . I have tried uninstalling ThunderBird and then cleaning the registry before reinstalling it, but the settings were still preserved and the problem persists . how can I fix this? Is that the right way to approach the problem? |
