| 572465 | 2007-07-25 04:29:00 | In Outlook under the Public Folders there is a 'Favorites' folder, which I use for my shortcuts to commonly used public folders. The only annoying thing is that I have to expand it all out every morning. Is there any way to customise Outlook so the Favorites folder is expanded? Cheer Susan |
