| 572456 | 2007-07-25 03:26:00 | Ok I have Fireworks MX and the Gimp But I can't figure out how to do this a site i am working on has a stripe running up the page seperating the Navigation from the content, what they want me to do is fade the top centimeter of the stripe going from full colour to completely see-thru in this centimeter, It sounds simple enough, but i can't figure out how to do The Stripe has 2 different colours in it, and the the site background is textured (if that helps) I am really stumped as i can't seem to apply a gradient or anything to an existing image (the only way i have done this before) I hasten to add, i can't even work out hoiw to draw a box in the gimp |
