Anything else is a "feature", which is something which uses your resources to gratify the corporate ego of the OS manufacturer. It's not useful. Real cockups are described as "advanced features".

Will probably be- "oh well ho hum this PC has Vitsa this or that". At least the PCs that ship with it will all be up to spec in 6-12 months.
