574028 2007-07-29 20:27:00 Hello, after installing my genuine version of Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 14 I attempted to update it. But once it had downloaded the updates it attempted to install them it came up with this error message.

"Update unsuccessful. Check your internet connection, and then try again. Consult the Online Help for additional instructions. (60)"

Now I've gone to the Trend website and searched for the error message but I can't find squat.

So, any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

574029 2007-07-29 21:28:00 Hmm.. have your tried uninstalling, rebooting and then re-installing Trend.
