| 573689 | 2007-07-28 23:16:00 | :waughh: I appear to have a lot of rubbish on my computer and when I go to delete or uninstall I get file does not exist or words to that effect. Is there an idiot proof programme to find out what is going on and allows me to delete these?:stare: |

| 573690 | 2007-07-28 23:20:00 | Get ccleaner to remove the crap / temp files off the system. Youre not deleting program folders BEFORE you uninstall programs are you? Obviously, if you're deleting folders, if u go to uninstall the program, it wont be there. Since u deleted its folder. What exactly have you been deleting? And when? Before or after? |

| 573695 | 2007-07-29 00:47:00 | You can do whatever u like. Just as long as you've got the XP cd / whatever it is, chuck it in the cd, change the bootdisk in the BIOS to the cd. Save the settings. Let the cd boot into Windows setup. Thats it, just follow what it says on the screen. Just dont press any key everytime the XP setup reboots. You'll be there forever. Just press any key when it tells you to the first time. And let it do its thing. And hopefully you've got the Window product key, you'll need it to reinstall Windows. |
