573998 2007-07-29 20:16:00 Makes me wonder WHY?

Not that I like IE7 or even IE Anything for that matter...but IE7 is more secure.....

Gads...I hope uninstalling IE7 isn't like trying to roll back to WMP10 from WMP11 without a format and reinstall of XP too...that's a nasty thing for M$ to block.

Because I'm sick and tired ofr my "favourites" column disappearing all the time.
And I can never make it lock in place.

574000 2007-07-29 20:50:00 I have heard of that problem..the cure escapes me right now..but it is a setting somewhere..or....

Are you running CCleaner with that feature turned on...the one to remove all the saved stuff in IE?

574002 2007-07-30 05:02:00 Never had a single problem with IE7 - then again, I never use it :p pcuser42 (130)
574003 2007-07-30 05:32:00 Just uninstall IE7 and on Google, look for a website that has copies of IE6. There are a few sites that are very reputable and the files themselves are safe. beeswax34 (63)
574004 2007-07-30 05:35:00 If you have XP, and install IE 7, and you uninstall IE 7, it SHOULD rollback to IE 6.

However, if you have Vista, it maybe a bit harder, since it comes with IE 7 doesnt it?
