574377 2007-07-30 23:48:00 My Case has cables inside it for the Front Panel Firewire, USB x 2 and Audio.

My ASUS Board has USB 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. I plugged the cables into 3 and 4 and the Audio into FP_Audio sockets on the board.

Just a matter of identifying the correct sockets on the MBoard.

574378 2007-07-30 23:50:00 What do the front usb plugs look like from the case?
Does it have two plugs, one with red-white-green-black and the other with ???-???-???-black (can't remember what the ??? colours are but it should have a black)
The two black wires need to be next to each other on pins 7&8 on the mainboard with the rest of the plugs on pins 1-6 (1,3,5 being the red-white-green from one plug)
You should have one free pin on the mainboard with nothing connected.

574379 2007-07-31 00:22:00 theres two sets of ten pin thingies (yes real techie) on the board, marked USB3 and USB4. the case has a large thick cable come from it, out from this cable is a set of 2 large plugs with four slots for the pins to slide into each are marked as folowing: FCC, pwr + pwr - and gnd. (both are identical, there are also 2 extra seperate gnd plugs, it seems like there are more prongs than there are plugs. its hard to explain without u guys seeing it aidanmaz (7180)
