| 574720 | 2007-07-31 21:27:00 | :badpc: Greetings all, I would like to know if anyone has managed to install the nvidia.com graphics drivers for the HP Laptop DV6129tx. I really dislike the the HP update drivers manager since the website does not maintain the graphic drivers once the item is discontinued. Also could you point me in the right direction to download these drivers. The Graphics card is a Geforce Go 7400 Cheers :help: |

| 574721 | 2007-07-31 22:41:00 | What version of Windows is on it? And how old are the drivers that are installed now? Doesnt look like the drivers are on the Nvidia site. There's drivers for everything else but the Go 7400. |

The only other thing you could try is, look for other notebooks/laptops that use the Go 7400 drivers . And see if they're later versions, and see if they work . There's a few laptops (ASUS) here (http://www . laptopvideo2go . com/) The W7J, VX1, and V6J . The driivers for each are: here ( . asus . com/download/download . aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=W7J" target="_blank">support . asus . com) here ( . asus . com/download/download . aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=VX1" target="_blank">support . asus . com) here ( . asus . com/download/download . aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=V6J" target="_blank">support . asus . com) Under VGA . It looks like the V6J is 128mb, the W7J 128 and the Lamborghini 512mb . How much ram is on your videocard? |
