2007-07-30 19:48:00 | Hi guys I've looked around at the settings on Gmail - I want it to delete my spam automatically but I can't find such an option. Anybody that can advise please? sarel

2007-07-30 22:45:00 | Too bad. Gmail will automatically delete messages from Spam 30 days after they arrive. There's currently no way to change the frequency at which messages are deleted or to recover messages that have been deleted from Spam.

2007-07-30 23:27:00 | It's weird. I have four Gmail accounts - two get loads of spam and the other two get extremely little even though I use them to sign up for all sorts of things. | FoxyMX (5) | |
2007-07-31 01:01:00 | Sarel - I wouldn't worry about it. My Gmail spam (www.imagef1.net.nz) box has over a thousand emails and counting! | Greg (193) | |
2007-07-31 01:02:00 | Ah well... time to ditch shopaholic@gmail.com perhaps? Sarel, does having the spam sit in your spam box cause any problems? Gmail has so much storage I can't see you using all that up on spam. It gets auto-nuked after 30 days.

2007-07-31 05:20:00 | I like to cruise thru the spam area sometimes to see if I really need to have any medical procedures of which I am not yet aware. Mr. Mguguntu Mombosapupu sure tries a lot of different alibis too as I see it. But he is still perplexed on how to get that vast pile of money out of Swaziland without the authorities or his boss finding out about it. Poor guy. It's kinda like reading a script for some BBC television series...like Benny Hill. I have saved the list of people who have sent me e-cards too, so I can send them something nice in return. Can you say "W95.CIH.damaged"?
