| 576300 | 2007-08-03 23:21:00 | I know about msconfig but I want a more permanent solution to this problem as anything you take out of of msconfig shows a nag screen that your not starting everything up. I want to stop certain processes from starting that I just don't need running. How can I do this. |

| 576301 | 2007-08-03 23:29:00 | Use ccleaner. Go to tools / startup. Highlight the entry / entries then click on delete entry. It wont start on bootup then. But if you're talking about services, you shouldnt be touching / disabling / unticking them under msconfig / services. Disable whatever the proper way through Control panel / admin tools / services. |
