| 575456 | 2007-08-02 05:36:00 | I've got a new western digital hard drive that is playing up. The seagate tool said it was faulty, but the Western digital tool said it is OK. Has anyone had any luck returning drives in this sort of situation? | hcl (10925) | ||

Whats its symptoms? Are you sure its the drive and not a file problem? Formatted it? Seagate are very good with RMAs on this sort of thing, I recently sent one back to them in Singapore. No idea about WD. |
