| 577026 | 2007-08-06 04:36:00 | For my email correspondence I use Microsoft Outlook. I have found that often when I am looking up a web site and it gives a contact address, when I click on that it goes to Microsoft word. It looks like a normal email page for completion but when I click on the send button it disappears into the ether and the recipient does not receive it. What can I do to fix this? |

You are using Word to edit your Email. When you click send, the message should be in the Outbox. Open Outlook and click (send/receive). |

| 577031 | 2007-08-06 22:32:00 | Go to Start > Accessories > System Tools > Set program access and defaults > Custom and ensure that Outlook is selected for the email program. If it isn't I would go into Outlook and in the options make sure that it is set to be the default. | FoxyMX (5) | ||

| 577033 | 2007-08-07 05:01:00 | What will happen if I do that? It will no longer use Micro$oft Word to do your email editing - it will revert to the default or other set program (whatever) which is Outlook. Don't be afraid of trying things, it won't blow your pc up. |
