| 576367 | 2007-08-04 08:13:00 | Compaq Presario C300 Celeron 420 @ 1.60ghz 256mb ram, shared. Running Win XP Home. Performance features all turned off. So what's the bottleneck? I realize that I will probably have to provide a lot more info for anyone to give me any idea why it runs so slowly, but I have no idea what info is needed. Thank you for your help. |

It literally takes 7-8 minutes to start up, and then another 3-4 minutes to start up firefox . That's all its basically used for - web browsing . No it's not a fresh install, but it has run like this since it was brought . |
