| 577015 | 2007-08-06 04:27:00 | Hi all I am running various operating systems in vmware on my windows 2K machine using bridged networking The problem is that i cannot connect to the net from any of the virtual machines unless i turn off my the Firewall on my windows 2K machine and then it works fine I want to create a rule to allow the virtual machine to go through my firewall, but i don't want to leave the port open to all and sundry But i can't seem to find anywhere that tells me the name of the process/file that is being blocked by the firewall so i can make a rule to allow just that procee/file Any help would be greatly apreciated |
