Check if you can login through the website if you haven't to check credentials are correct. It could be that the authentification server is down for issues or maintenance that may return later on. If on spark, go into the Account settings and check they are still on the secure options www.spark (www.spark.co.nz) If all OK, go to your ISP's web mail, enter in E-mail username and Password, see if it lets you in, if its correct it will. |
