The CPU in question is some lowend intel atom. im thinking perhaps instead of a hd5450, i can get a dual gigabit nic from aliexpress. I can build a pfsense box and get a second internet connection. Next comes putting the the dreaded "putting_the_router_in_multiple_plastic_bags_on_the _end_of_the_pole_between_the_properties_and_run_et hernet_to_all_the_houses" technique. PoE to the router and wifi in the other houses creates really good wifi for everyone. dremel? |
