| 1411833 | 2015-11-24 23:49:00 | I do. I have a Sodastream and find it way cheaper than buying soft drinks. Time these towel headed F wits pulled their heads in or moved back to the middle east where many of them seemed to have come from.. | paulw (1826) | ||
| 1411834 | 2015-11-25 00:12:00 | I have a sodastream, had no Idea it came from there though. It's not really any cheaper paulw, you can buy 1.25 & 1.5L softdrinks from the supermarket for around $1, that's the cheapest you will get and works out much cheaper than sodastream. Even name brand drinks work out near enough the same as sodastream at supermarket prices. According to consumer www.consumer.org.nz it works out around $2 a litre for sodastream. What it does let you do is keep enough supplies to make a heap of softdrink without taking up much space. I can get coke for $6 for 2 x 1.5L bottles from my local dairy, that is more expensive than sodastream but only by a little and it tastes better and has more fizz. I go back and forth between using it and not using it fairly regularly (whenever I run out of gas :)) |
