Looks like the 3rd one may mean some driver maybe out of date like your video drivers. The 4th error may also mean file corruption

If you're using Win8/8.1 try this (support.microsoft.com). It may also mean a file that windowsupdate uses has become unregistered 		Speedy Gonzales (78)
1418114 2016-03-25 04:43:00 Thanks I finally got it downloaded and installed. The computer froze just as it completed. Don't know yet what it sorted if it's related to my problem karbren (14078)
1418115 2016-03-26 03:39:00 It seems to freeze when you load a programme or go on the net. I deleted some things that can cause possible freezing but as there is not much loaded on there yet and everything is upto date as far as drivers go. It has to be updates surely not!!!! karbren (14078)
1418116 2016-03-28 18:25:00 I had tried again to complete the updates and got this error code 80073712. So I clicked to get help with this and it asked me to do a check...DISM,exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Scanhealth. It said after thet the command is unknow but to check the DISM Log. It had 87 errors.

Spot the difference. :) (hint) the error log tells you whats wrong.

1418120 2016-03-29 18:12:00 I read the error log but am not sure what to look for as such. I re-did the test again but I think with the same results. The computer hasn't frozen so far but 2 updates will not install and both have the same error 80073712. The only thing I haven't done is a refresh of this pc as now I have to go to a meeting before work starts. I couldn't find you post on DISM as CliveM said too. karbren (14078)
