That is where 4 or more have lost their life. I still think we live in Paradise Cic Ken I suppose it depends how you define it. Or if you define with one eye closed. |

Compare it with abortions, vehicle deaths and just plain old being killed by non shooting deaths. Its 4/5 of 9/10 f*** all. More people will die by choking on chicken and fish bones. I know some of you gays will splutter in your coffee but the guns do not kill people people kill people. The easy availability of guns is not really a big factor in anyway.There is absolutely nothing stopping someone in New Zealand doing the same by getting a gun license or just stealing a gun from a farm house. Its the intent of wanting to do a mass shooting which is the problem not the gun.If you are really worried about the chance in the US of being killed by a rampaging shooter which is about the same odds as being hit by space junk carry a gun yourself. Too f****** easy. Another thing the ol AK47 is getting bad press again well do you know with a bit of practice you could fire a 100 year old bolt action 303 so fast with 5 shot stripper clips the Germans thought they were under auto fire. | prefect (6291) | ||

We have also had some mass shootings over the years. Rather easy to kill loads of people if you don't have to reload often. The AK is not a machine gun its an assault rifle. The one used in the shooting was only a semi automatic. What I am saying using a bolt action Le Enfield with 5 shot stripper clips is not much slower. By the way automatics are not allowed in any state of the US. Semi auto only and a well trained person with a bolt action can fire at almost the same rate. On semi auto the barrel lifts and you have to wait for it to come down before pulling the trigger again. In that time you can move a bolt back and forward. Do not give the AK bad press its not a bad gun. |
